bedrooms and one VIP room, 6 bathrooms, a large fitted kitchen
and a view point sala / lounge area offering breath-taking views
of the open sea and evening sunsets. Each room is equipped
with a refrigerator, stereo system, 25" TV and VCD player.

floor is a billiards table and a private pool adjoining the
lower deck. A small garden envelopes the rear of the property.
