the exotic Thailand. You will be accommodated in a new
luxury hotel built in the Victorian style, the prices
being so favourable that a European cannot understand
them taking into consideration the category of the residence
in question ...
The hotel is situated in proximity of the Lamai Beach
and is surrounded by an impenetrable tropical forest creating,
thus, an almost fairy-tale atmosphere. Come and have fabulous
holidays with us!
Wonderful sandy beaches are approximately a five-minutes'
walk far, namely through a quiet place. Also to market
places as well as to busy streets you can get within a
few minutes. Around the residence there is an impenetrable
tropical forest. It is a real fairy tale! This forest
creates a quiet tropical atmosphere in the residence.

We
built the residence in a strategic place which can comply with
everybody's wishes. Although the tsunami did not reach the island,
the residence is very well protected in case of any unpredictable
natural disaster. Also all the important points are perfectly
available from our residence (airport, doctor, shops, sights.

our residence we have at disposal 14 beautiful apartments in total.
Thus, you can see that it is not a sort of a factory for tourists,
but a well conceived villa offering to guests a closed quiet oasis.
Thus, the residence can offer to clients an absolute relax with
a first-class service, not disturbed by the outside life. Ideal

The
residence is completely new, finished in December
2005, built in the Victorian style. All the apartments
are fitted with luxury furnishing in the Thai
style, fully air-conditioned with above-standard
fixtures and fittings. Absolutely natural is also
a minibar, a satellite TV, bar glass and a part
for a relax.
In the price list you can find the category of
rooms A – E, all will surely choose according
to their possibilities. The size of the rooms
is from 45 to 90 m² namely for very favourable
prices almost incomprehensible for a European,
taking into consideration the category of the
residence in question.

Furnishing of apartments and services included ::
All the apartments are new, fully air-conditioned. In
the apartments there are nice large windows leading into
the tropical jungle. Among the furnishing of the apartments
are: a refrigerator with a minibar, a satelite TV, luxury
furniture in the Thai style, glass, towels …
The apartments are cleaned every day. A fee for the cleaning
staff is not obligatory, however is considered to be very
pleasant and the staff can show this fact. In any case,
small coins are sufficient. An extra bed is possible for
a special charge. The price includes the transfer from
the airport, where a taxi will be waiting for you. A part
of the price are also breakfasts (coffee, tea, omelettes,
scrambled eggs, fruit, bread, jam, butter and always something
à la Thai as an addition). We will do our best to meet
even your special requirements.

Termination of the stay :: |

The apartments must be left by 12 o'clock. However, in
case that you use an afternoon or even a night flight
wishing to take the last snaps and to have the last swim,
it is possible to make an agreement, in case that the
residence is not fully occupied, that you will leave the
apartment according to your wish.
We do not charge the price of the apartment, we charge
a small fee for the cleaning staff, namely for the late
cleaning. In case that the residence is fully occupied,
we will reserve a place for your things. In case that
you have special wishes and requirements in relation to
the reservation of the apartment, please, inform us about
them – we will do our best to comply with any of
your wishes.
