New Lapaz Villa, a cozy,
Boutique -style beachfront resort is located on the beautiful Mae
Nam Beach with stunning views in the direction of the facing Koh
Phangan. Maenam Beach is one of the best kept secrets on the island
with its nearly 6 km long white, sandy beach. The waters are crystal
clear offering great swimming, snorkeling and fishing.
We offer clean, comfortable, cozy accommodation featuring hot showers,
air-conditioning, minibars and in-room safes in different categories
to suit Your every needs. Interiors may vary from the pictures as

from the sea and most of them has a beautiful sea view. We rebuilt
these 2007 with comfort in mind. They are either Doubles with King
Size bed or Twins. Special amenities include Skylight Bathroom with
