Lamai Wanta Resort, Koh Samui, Thailand

This is a great establishment right on the best part of Lamai Beach. Its less than 2 minute walk from restaurants, cafes, banks, exchange outlets and bars but can maintain its exclusiveness from the chaos of the main street.
 

The beach in front of the property is gorgeous with clear water and wide beach, enhanced by its seaside infinity-edged swimming pool. The terrace is connected to a patio of Coast Cafe, our seaside all day café serving Thai and western dishes.

The staffs are attentive.  It is professional yet maintains a family-run concept. You will often see the owners ( One is a medical doctor with superb English command and the other, medical technical scientist ) on the premises and interact directly with the guests.
 

The hotel is upgrading to a new standard and a new look in December 2008. There are light renovation works with very minimal impact to guests during September to November.

There are 10 villas and 64 standard rooms scattering in 2.5 acres of land in which boasts a generous proportion of green areas with cute gardens and big trees. The decor is tasteful, dark wood furniture in the light colored room. The facilities include air-conditioning system, hot water, television with local and international cable channels and mini bar-refrigerator
 

There are also in-room safety deposit box in all rooms and DVD player for rental at a minimal charge. The whole hotel is covered by wireless internet connection for travelers who cannot leave without their notebooks.
 

Bungalows - 10 units

Our bungalows are located in the front of the property separated by spacious green areas in. There are regular bungalow (42 square meters) with 1 bed room and family unit with 2 bedrooms (52 square meters) that sleep the family of 4-5 comfortably.
 

Standard rooms - 64 units

Our standard rooms are in small buildings in a garden with big trees. The rooms (32 square meters) share the same facilities as in bungalows. There are rooms with connecting doors for families.
