Kamalaya Resort
is Thailand’s first Wellness Sanctuary and Holistic
Spa, founded on the tropical island of Koh Samui in
November 2005. Its key concept is to promote holistic
wellness - harmony in mind, body and spirit. Its name
translates as ‘Lotus Realm’, an enduring
symbol of the unfolding of the human spirit. To quote
founders John and Karina Stewart, it was created “to
bring together diverse cultural traditions of healing
and spirituality in a nurturing environment from which
people can explore life’s infinite potential.”

Bar offer a fusion of Eastern and Western healthy, inspired

beauty of Kamalaya’s surrounding nature and stunning

of its architecture and design, including 24 Hillside Rooms,
10 Suites and 26 unique Villas. Buildings are nestled amidst
ancient, granite boulders, streams, and tropical vegetation,
with existing rocks and trees as defining elements for many
of the structures. All have elegant interiors and modern
