Grand View Villa is in a idyllic spot, located 2 km outside of Lamai on a hill opposite of Bay View Resort.

The solidly built 2 storey house is embed in a picturesque landscape surrounded by uncountable coconut trees and has a fabulous, unforgettable view over the complete Bay of Lamai. It only takes 2 minutes to reach the beach. There you have the chance of going swimming or walking on the sandy beach for more than 3 km.

The facilities with all modem conveniences are a big terrace of about 55 square meters along 2 sides, a living Room with an integrated pantry, 2 bedrooms with 2 individually controlled AC and 2 bathrooms. The place is ideal to relax and grants a real undisturbed privacy.

The house holds not more than 4 persons.
Further amenities are Cable TV, CD player, telephone, sunchairs and hammocks.
Bed linen and towels are included in the service.
The house will be cleaned every 2 days.
