Access to the second floor bedroom and balcony is via stylish cantilever stairs. No expense is spared for the teak wood flooring in second bedroom. The ensuite bathrooms feature designer chrome bath-ware with dual sink basins and seashell terrazzo vanity counter.

The master bathroom includes a Jacuzzi with skylight and indoor garden. Again the folding glass doors surround the Beach Villa to take advantage of the sea views and allow the coastal breeze to naturally cool the entire villa. Outside, the Beach Villa is interconnected with a wooden sala deck and infinity-edge swimming pool.

The pool features a sandwash bench with seatback water jets to provide a soothing massage. Also, a shallow area ensures children can also enjoy the pool as well.

Security of the property is provided by a fully independent integrated security and fire alarm system. The system features the ability to dial out to a pre-programmed phone number and give information on the nature of the emergency. A nearby security monitoring station or police could be informed and immediately dispatch personnel to check up on the house.
