East 100 is one of Koh Samui's most beautifully situated private villas. It is now available for short term rent.

It is situated right at the southeastern end of Lamai Beach between Jungle Park and Bay View Resort. This is the serene and quiet part of this otherwise lively resort. By walking along the beach, Lamai is just 10 minutes away.

From right at the doorstep of the beach gate, you can walk the entire 3 km long Lamai beach all the way to Grandfather and Grandmother rock. Tong Clock, an uninhabited, small, rock enclosed bay on the opposite side of the peninsula is just 700 m away and offers secluded swimming all year round.

EAST 100 is a three-storied, terraced building that is nestled into the surrounding tropical foliage by which it is enclosed on three sides. It was built to follow the contours of the land and is only visible from the sea. Its main 50 mฒ sala and the equally sized sun terrace on top open towards the northeast and the sunset facing the beach, the lagoon, the sea and the islands in the Bay of Bandon.

East 100 is a serviced and privately furnished villa with four double-bed, air-conditioned bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fully functional kitchens, two inside living rooms and altogether nearly 200 mฒ of terraces and wooden walkways on three floors. A well-stocked library with English and German books, games, snorkeling and boating equipment, a CD player and a variety of CD's, electric kitchen appliances and daily ice cube service are available. A local housekeeper will look after guests and is responsible for their well-being.

An illuminated palm- and hibiscus-fringed 150 m entrance way leads to its secluded location from the feeder road that serves the peninsula.

Since it is a private villa, it is only open to responsible families of up to 8 persons. It is not thought to be rented out to mixed groups of unconnected individuals. There is no need to inquire. It is a place for a civilized vacation for a large family or similar group.
