Our holiday villa is located in the North East corner of the coconut island of Koh Samui between Somrong Bay and Thongson Bay, about 50 meters elevated above sea level, on a small hill with a spectacular 300 ฐ sea view from Thongson beach in the East over the island Koh Phangan in the North to the Angthong Marine National park where stunning sunsets are guaranteed.
 

BAAN  LOM TALAY is just 15 minutes away by car from the island's airport and situated in a new residential area with villas, away from the big tourist crowds and nevertheless close by car to the most beautiful beaches of the island which are lying like pearls on a string in the South and in the West of the house.

Here you will find your special South Sea dreams during daytime and many romantic restaurants at night.

The well equipped kitchen provides toaster, coffee percolator, oven with ceran cooking field, refrigerator with big freezing compartment.

The kitchen is separated by a kitchen bar from the completely glassed living room which is furnished with Thai style Teak wood furniture and a Persian carpet.
The kitchen is central located so that all terraces can be easily accessed from here.

The West terrace
is furnished with a dining table and seats for 6 persons and with two Thai style rattan day beds.

All long the West terrace there is a lotus pond with a waterfall and with nice tropical water plants.

Here is your perfect place....... to enjoy the daily, spectacular sunsets over the Angthong Marine National park.

The villa has a surrounding terrace on three sides of the house and offers you a fantastical sea view from each position.

From the West terrace a stair leads you down to the big swimming pool area.

The big swimming pool (11 x 6 meters) is placed in the tropical garden.

Sun beds and a sala, which provides shade, make the right place to relax here. Many quite places around the house and inside the tropical garden (1600 mณ size) provide you with your own special spot.

To say it clear:

The villa has a lotus pond adjoining the terrace, a stair down to the garden, here a big pool, and some high unsecured retaining walls.

All this can be a possible danger for children, especially young children cannot stay unattended on the terrace nor in the garden.

Therefore we advise families with young kids to clearly consider the dangers of this villa when booking.
