The Promenade
The Promenade is a stunning restaurant offering

The Quarterdeck
The Quarterdeck is a casual open-air terrace serving
a selection of Asian and International favorites. With impressive
views of the ocean, the restaurant is a favorite among guests
at any time of the day, be that breakfast, lunch or dinner. Using
the concept of the olden sea spice routes, of which Phuket has
always been a major port, guests can find classic The dishes as
well as Chinese, Indian and other cuisines which reflect this
seaborne connection between East and West.

The Regatta
An informal yet distinctive Fusion Cuisine restaurant,
paying homage to both traditional cooking and newer flavors, the
Regatta is a celebration of gastronomy. Specializing in seafood
dishes, but offering fine produce of many varieties, the menu
is always inviting and unique, with a comprehensive selection
of Italian grappa, wines and cocktails. Overlooking Nai Harn Bay
in an open air setting, the atmosphere is romantic and serene
with the scent of the tropics and sea ever-present.

The Poolside
The Poolside serves drinks and light meals around
meals around the swimming pool fro guests.

The Chart Room is divisible into three smaller rooms,
each of which can be set up in any of six configurations to meet
a particular conference's needs. The configurations to choose
from are:
- Classroom style - three places per table, all facing the
front
- Board Meeting - guests sitting around one large table
- Hollow Square - guests sitting around a square
- U-shape - same as square, with one end open
- Rounds of Ten - circular tables with places for ten at each
table
- Theatre - rows of seats without tables but facing a main
table or podium
