Koh Kho Khao is a small island in the Andaman Sea on the Indian Peninsula. The island has an area of about 16.800 acres and has beautiful white sandy beaches about 15 kilometres long from the north to the south. The beaches face the Andaman Sea and there are many small islands where visitors can snorkel in shallow waters and see coral.

Most of the island is covered by by forest and grasslands, a perfect place to get back to nature. The island has many species of flowers and also many kinds of birds such as the Hornbills that both live here and other birds that visit at different times of the year.

Koh Kho Khao has an ancient town called Toong Tuek with an atractive culture and an old airport runway that was used in World War 2. The island also has many fishermans villages to the north. Koh Kho Khao is truly a great place to relax and enjoy nature.
