A warm, family-run boutique resort where living with nature is possible only 10 minutes from, Chiang Mai, We are small and friendly but have first class facilities and beautiful furnished cottages to rival the Boutique Hotels.

The village of traditional teak houses-on-stilts is set in the fields next to the classical Lanna architecture and lovely gardens of our house 'Huam Him Na' (house next to the padi fields) with wonderful views and smells of our rice fields and the mountains beyond.

Our restaurants serve wide variety of delicious Thai & Western food, but as we grow our own organic vegetables and rice, we are vegetarian friendly.. The field and gardens are the home of birds, bats, fire flies, cattle, frogs, crabs and also fish in our own lake.

But you are only minutes away from the airport, all the sights of Chiang Mai the Night Safari, Baan Tawai craft village, Kad Farang and golf courses in our special 8-seater tuk tuk. Take a trip in our new 7-seater air-conditioned SUV which even has a drop down DVD screen for those who get bored traveling.

We can arrange for you to enjoy some of the many activities nearby and we even have our own fishing lake.

After a tiring day enjoying what Chiang Mai has to offer you can relax and be pampered in our home spa with lovely air-conditioned massage room, herbal steam bath and large jacuzzi.

As night approaches you can eat and drink in our bistro or poolside bbq house and listen to the sounds of the countryside...

The Field Village Cottages - We have 10 teak houses on stilts all of which are individual with large balconies, bedrooms and dressing rooms. Decorated in neo-classical Lanna style with beautiful paintings adorning the wall from a local artist. Each has also every modern comfort; TVs with satellite programmes in Thai and English, DVDs, phone, air-conditioning, hair dryer, kettle and mini-bar. We even provide dressing gowns, slippers and pool towels for the comfort of our guests And every cottage has a wonderful view of the fields and mountains beyond.

- Cottages - We have 4 standard sized cottages; Chaba and Palm cottages stand alone, whilst Lotus 1 and 11 cottages share a huge platform with a tree growing through the middle.

- Large Cottages - Orchid and Leela cottages but have even larger balconies, bedrooms, dressing and bathrooms.

- 2 Level Cottages - These are the same as the large cottages upstairs with downstairs we have provided an extra bathroom with open-plan living rooms and kitchens. Coconut and Banana cottages are set on their own.

- 2 Level Cottages Deluxe - The same size as the other 2-level cottages Bamboo I and Bamboo II cottages have an a closed room with glass screens downstairs .Therfore two extra beds can be put in these cottages if required.
